On Tuesday, June 12, the IST Senior Leadership Team met with the Culture Club to discuss culture change in IST.
The Senior Leadership Team signed a Culture Commitment Statement. The statement, which will be posted throughout our department, reads, “Creating a positive and trusting environment is our top priority. We are personally committed to providing leadership for the department to achieve this culture.”
“I, along with our Senior Leadership Team, am committed to making a positive culture change in IST,” says Director Jerry Pinkard. “Our Culture Club has laid the foundation for us to create a positive and trusting environment and I look forward to many great changes this year."

The Culture Club, along with Jerry, will be meeting with each division of IST, to present the Culture Commitment and explain how the culture of IST will be changing in the new fiscal year. Stay tuned for more details.
